Drillship Kanuni is Turkey’s sixth-generation ultra-deepwater drillship. We have upgraded the air conditioning system and have embarked on some other processes such as the reactivation and installation of numerous drilling-related systems. Among them are the calculation of heat loss, system design, mechanical and electrical, the scope of work, documentation approved by the registry and finally total installed power, electric heaters controlled by thyristors. Thoa drillship is able to carry out drilling high-pressure, high-temperature wells up to 11.400 meters depth at a sea depth up to 3.000 meters in pre-salt layer fields. |
