The purpose of the project is the realization of the digital transition of the company Element projekt d.o.o. by implementing digital tools and equipment to introduce a new way of doing business for the company with the ultimate goal of strengthening the company’s competitiveness and market position. Implementing the project, the company Element projekt implements new digital solutions in the business which will achieve a digital transition through the complete transformation of 7 key business processes.
Throughout the project is acquired a set of digital solutions that will enable a radical digital transition of society and with the help of that solutions, society will achieve process-oriented business reengineering with an accent on efficiency, monitoring of all work resources, management of reporting, support for decision-making and monitoring of all aspects related to delivery and providing service. As a final result, with the project, the company will achieve a digital transition with a contribution to the improvement, digitalization of the process, and introduction of a new business model of monitoring. The project will build and improve the digital skills of employees through a set of training for managing a new CAD solution with the most modern functionalities.
Education for managing CAD solutions will be provided for three employees of the company. Processes included in the project are

- Marketing
- Strategic planning
- Risk management
- Drafting, designing and designing engineering solutions
Digital solution which are necessary for digital transition are fully Workflow management solution for business, software for CAD solution management, CRM system and hardware support to new digital solutions. These digital solutions will provide functional integration of all key business functions and process-oriented business reengineering which represents the main foundation of the digital transitions of societies. With the new business model which radically change business at the external and internal level and by strengthening efficiency, company will have a greater capacity to provide services and will expand the range of markets by expanding on new unrepresented markets (priority Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Northern Croatia).
In summary, the project ultimately enables society for:
- Increasing efficiency by optimizing business processes - shortens the time and improves the precision of 9 relevant business processes
- Digitalization of business processes – Digital solutions contributes to the transformation and digitalization of the relevant processes
- Using new technologies - New cloud technologies enable new business models on internal level (developing internal procesess) and on external level (transformation and new model of providing service based on digital and cloud technologies)
- Increase in income - With the increase in capacity and productivity and marketing acitivities in the operational phase, company will achieve all prerequisites which will enable company to grow its income in the operating period
- Building digital capacities of employees – Through the project, company will train employees to use new systems that are procured in the business which will make the transition process to new technologies much easier.

- Growth in new markets - a larger volume of business will enable the company to have a stronger sales potential and trough the modernization of services and capacities will be able to focus on new markets, all on the basis of universally applicable techologies implemented by this project
